Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• unused
• in the same condition as received
• in the original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable.
Made-to-order products
Most of our products are 3D printed and produced from our standard catalogue. Slight variations in texture, colour tone, or layer lines are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Damages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@nikku.studio within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assess the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• custom or personalized products
• made-to-order items that were customized at the customer’s request
• sale items
• gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code).
This right does not apply to:
- Products made to your specific personal specifications (e.g. custom engravings, personalised text, bespoke dimensions requested by you)
- Products that have been used, assembled, or are no longer in their original condition
Standard catalogue products - even if 3D printed are eligible for return within the 14-day withdrawal period provided they are unused and in original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at support@nikku.studio before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with EU consumer law. If you have not received your refund after 15 calendar days, please contact us at support@nikku.studio.
