Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. Production time is separate from shipping time.

During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Czech Republic: 1–2 business days
European Union: 3–4 business days

At this time, we only ship within the European Union.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Free shipping is available on orders over 399 kc for Czech Republic and €32.99 for EU countries.

From time to time, we may change free shipping thresholds. please visit our shipping policy section for up to date information.


Tracking

We ship via Zásilkovna / PPL or DHL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Carrier Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Customs & Duties We ship within the European Union only. No customs duties apply for standard EU destinations. Please note that certain EU territories (e.g. Canary Islands, French Polynesia) may be subject to local import rules, we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.
